Closer Ocean, Supercollider

Print CD DesignPier to Pier Publishing Inc. asked us to design a creative CD Digipak layout for the Southern California based indie rock collective Closer Ocean's debut album "Supercollider". The CD packaging features photos courtesy of CERN, Switzerland, and Annie Babuder, with minimal Photoshop processing - on the cover we added subtle blurring with some gradient overlays to create a sense of depth. Other than that it was mostly copy and layout in Indesign using DiscMakers Indesign templates.
The result is moody and intriguing.
